For Clubs
How much does RootCoach cost for my club?expand_more
Three club plans: Basic (€49/month, up to 150 students), Pro (€89/month, up to 350 students) and Elite (€149/month, unlimited students). It's free during launch: request your access code from the contact form.
How many coaches and students can I have?expand_more
The number of students depends on your plan: 150 (Basic), 350 (Pro) or unlimited (Elite). The coaches you invite to your club don't count toward your student limit. You can change plans whenever you need to.
How do I charge monthly fees?expand_more
Set monthly fees per group. The admin generates the month's receipts in one click and students check their status directly in their app.
Can my coordinators help manage the club?expand_more
Yes. The Roles system (RBAC) lets you assign Coordinator permissions so your team can help with daily management without full Admin access.
Is it compatible with tennis and padel?expand_more
It's built for both sports. When you set up the club or the groups, you can define the discipline to keep accurate metrics and sport-specific evaluations.

How do I register and invite my students?expand_more
Very easy. You have a directory to add them manually, or you can send them the app link so they sign up themselves in a minute.
Do I have to make them download an app?expand_more
There's no need to go through app stores. RootCoach runs straight from the browser on any phone with native-like performance.
Does the AI write the summaries for me?expand_more
Exactly. When the class ends, you note what you worked on and RootCoach AI writes a structured technical report that's sent to your students instantly.
What does the student see in their profile?expand_more
Your students get access to their own 'Sporting Radar'. They can see how their level evolves (Technique, Tactics, Physical, Mental) based on your evaluations after each class.
Can students interact before class?expand_more
Yes! Before stepping on court, they get a proactive notification to confirm attendance and can send you suggestions about which stroke they want to improve that day.
