1.2. Purpose
RootCoach is a sports management platform for racket-sport professionals and clubs (padel and tennis) that allows classes, groups, students, lesson plans and communications to be organized, along with assistance features powered by artificial intelligence. Access to and use of the website and the application confers the status of user and implies acceptance of these terms.
1.3. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of the website and the application (texts, designs, logos, code and other elements) are owned by RootCoach or by third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without authorization is prohibited.
1.4. Liability
RootCoach is not responsible for any misuse that users may make of the platform, nor for the accuracy of the data entered by them. RootCoach makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors.
1.5. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under current legislation, respecting, where applicable, the jurisdiction corresponding to consumers.
