Your professional schedule, your evaluations and your impact, all in one place.
The app for padel coaches — whether you're freelance, club-based or both. RootCoach adapts to how you work.
Which situation are you in?
I'm a freelance coach
Everything to manage your private students without Excel or late-night messages: schedule, evaluations and communication in a single app.
I coach at a club
The club invites you, you accept in one click, and you see its calendar, its students and its announcements right in your app.
I do both
Your schedule combines club classes and private students. RootCoach tells each type apart visually and keeps your information organized.
Everything that powers your day-to-day
Your professional schedule
Your full calendar in one place, with club classes and private students clearly set apart. Day, week or month view, whatever you need.
- Calendar by day, week and month
- Automatic weekly recurrence
- Visual distinction between club and private classes
"One view, all your classes."
Evaluations for every class
Mark attendance, log results and leave personalized feedback per student in seconds. No paper, no Excel, no extra effort.
- Quick touchscreen attendance
- Individual feedback per student
- Full history accessible to student and coach
"What happens on court stays on the record, forever."
RootCoach AI — The assistant that knows your classes
Not a generic chat: it knows your schedule, your students and your payments, and answers on the spot with your real data. And it still helps you plan and write the summary of each class.
- "What classes do I have today?" → your day's schedule, no searching
- "Who isn't coming today?" → who's let you know, instantly
- "Who owes me?" → your outstanding payments, at a glance
"Just ask. It answers with your data, not vague guesses."
Communication with your students
Chat directly with each student from the app without exposing your personal number. Keep your personal life separate from your work as a coach.
- 1-on-1 chat inside the app
- No sharing your personal phone
- Built-in push notifications
"Be an accessible coach, not a coach reachable at any hour."
Your private students
Add your private students, organize them into groups by level, track each one's progress and check their class history whenever you need it.
- Private student management
- Groups by level or availability
- Individual history per student
"Your roster of students, organized and always with you."
Your measurable impact
See how many classes you teach per month, how many active students you have and how each one is progressing. Data to make decisions about your career.
- Total classes taught
- Active and new students
- Progress per student
"Measure your work in data, not in gut feeling."
Stroke library
A technical academy for every stroke: step by step and the mistakes to avoid. Use it in your planning so students can check it whenever they want.
- Step-by-step technique sheets
- An "avoid this" section for each stroke
- Linkable to your weekly plan
"Your methodology, organized and at hand."
Video analysis
Review your students' technique with video and attach your notes to each analysis, available whenever you need them.
- Video review per student
- Coach notes on each analysis
- History always accessible
"What the eye misses, the video confirms."
